Privacy Policy
How we handle your information — plainly and honestly.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wadaya Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you visit our website (the “Site”). We designed the Site to collect the minimum possible — we don't run accounts, analytics, or tracking on it.
This policy covers our website only. Each of our apps and games has its own privacy policy explaining how that app handles data. You can find an app's policy from its store listing and inside the app itself.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Email address — only if you choose to contact us at wadayalabs@gmail.com. We use it solely to respond to your message.
- Anything you write to us — the content of your message, used only to understand and reply to your inquiry.
We do not operate a waitlist, newsletter, or account system on the Site. If you email us, we will not add you to any marketing list.
Information stored in your browser
- Theme preference— your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — our hosting provider may record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These are not used to identify you personally and are retained only briefly.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or social-media plugins on the Site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before any such tool is introduced.
2. How we use information
- To respond to emails you send us.
- To keep the Site running and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.
3. Cookies
The Site does not set any cookies. Your theme preference is stored in browser local storage, which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
4. Data retention
Contact emails are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, unless you request deletion. Server logs are retained briefly and then automatically deleted by our hosting provider.
5. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us an email, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal data (only the emails you choose to send), exercising these rights is straightforward — just email us and we will respond promptly.
EEA / UK (GDPR): The legal basis for processing your email is your explicit request to contact us. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell personal information. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information.
7. Third-party services
The Site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may process basic request data as described above. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date before they take effect.
