This Privacy Policy explains how Wadaya Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you visit our website (the “Site”). We designed the Site to collect the minimum possible — we don't run accounts, analytics, or tracking on it.

This policy covers our website only.Each of our apps and games has its own privacy policy explaining how that app handles data. You can find an app's policy from its store listing and inside the app itself.

1. Information we collect

• Email address — only if you choose to contact us at wadayalabs@gmail.com. We use it solely to respond to your message.
• Anything you write to us — the content of your message, used only to understand and reply to your inquiry.

We do not operate a waitlist, newsletter, or account system on the Site. If you email us, we will not add you to any marketing list.

Information stored in your browser

• Theme preference— your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs — our hosting provider may record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These are not used to identify you personally and are retained only briefly.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or social-media plugins on the Site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before any such tool is introduced.

• To respond to emails you send us.
• To keep the Site running and secure.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.

The Site does not set any cookies. Your theme preference is stored in browser local storage, which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
